Bengaluru: BJP MP Sambit Patra has said that Chief Minister Siddaramaiah should resign from the post of Chief Minister if he has morals.
Speaking in Delhi today, he said that both the fact that the land allotted to him as compensation and the resignation of the Muda president are both clear that Siddaramaiah is involved in the Muda scam.
A charge sheet has been filed in the Enforcement Directorate and it is said that money was transferred in the Valmiki Development Corporation.
In the last Lok Sabha election, around 7 lakh people were allotted Rs 200 each in Bellary Lok Sabha constituency.
About 187 crores of rupees were illegally transferred and the funds in the Valmiki Development Corporation were used by the Congress for its political purposes.
